All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or at our branches. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member. Benefits and rewards are subject to change at our discretion. Membership fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time to retain benefits.
Reward points are earned on eligible services and products. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for redemption only at Kaaya Glow. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Product refunds are accepted only if the product is unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the booking fee or reward points.
Customers are expected to provide accurate information during registration and booking. Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed prior to treatments. Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients is mandatory.
